Audubon Aquarium Hosts Stamp Rally and Celebrates Members

Audubon Aquarium is hosting the second Animal Crossing™: New Horizons stamp rally this Friday and Saturday, August 23 and 24, 2024.  Familiar characters from Animal Crossing™: New Horizons are at New Orleans’ Audubon Aquarium this summer as part of the Animal Crossing: New Horizons™   Aquarium Tour, an innovative partnership with Nintendo of America

The two-day stamp rallies featuring Animal Crossing™: New Horizons themed photo opportunities and guests who complete the stamp rally and fill their card will receive a special button while supplies last.

Audubon Aquarium and Audubon Insectarium will close early this Friday, hours are 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and will reopen for a special Audubon members-only event from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. The Stamp Rally will take place all day Friday and during the “Flutters & Fins” members event Friday evening. The “Flutters & Fins” event is for Audubon Nature Institute members only, but memberships are available for purchase at the door.

The Aquarium will be open and hosting the Animal Crossing™: New Horizons stamp rally Saturday August 24, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The final Animal Crossing™: New Horizons stamp rally will take place September 7 & 8 before the aquarium tour leaves New Orleans on September 14, 2024.

The Animal Crossing: New Horizons™  Aquarium Tour at Audubon Aquarium includes several features available to the public and Audubon members, including:

·       Photo Opportunities: Capture memories with an aquarium-themed backdrops featuring characters from the game, including a 20-ft wide light wall.

·       My Nintendo Kiosk: Earn 100 My Nintendo™ Platinum Points* during your visit the My Nintendo™ kiosk.

·       Critter Panels: Learn from themed animal description signs featuring Blathers.

·       Themed Merchandise: Shop Animal Crossing merchandise available at the Aquarium gift shop.

·       Character Sightings: Spot standees of select game characters throughout the Aquarium near different habitats.
