Audubon Zoo and Audubon Aquarium of the Americas Offers Plan-Ahead Pricing

Audubon Nature Institute is thrilled to offer Plan-Ahead Pricing beginning February 7, 2022, at Audubon Zoo and Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy a visit on a day that best accommodates both their budgets and schedules.

“Plan-Ahead Pricing provides a more accessible way for a variety of audiences to advance Audubon’s mission to make a positive impact on wildlife and nature,” said Vice President of Marketing Katie Smith. “The further in advance visitors purchase tickets, the more they save!”

Audubon is also continuing its commitment to engaging and educating the community about the natural world by renewing the Audubon Community Connect program in 2022. This initiative increases accessibility to Audubon Zoo and Audubon Aquarium of the Americas for New Orleanians. Below are some FAQs about Plan-Ahead Pricing:

How does it work? Visit the Tickets page on the Audubon website and all the available dates/times and their respective ticket prices will be listed. Each day’s prices are determined based on a number of factors developed through extensive research and collaboration with a team of expert economists including attendance patterns, popular holidays, events, and weather.

In general, for busier periods with higher estimated attendance, prices will reflect high demand. For quieter attendance days, prices will be lower.

How much can I save? It varies—but the prices listed for each date will always be the most affordable option for that particular date. They’ll never decrease but they may increase, so purchasing earlier is always the best option. And tickets purchased online will always cost less than tickets purchased on site, even on the day of visit.

How far ahead do I need to purchase tickets in order to save? It is recommended to buy tickets online at least 24 hours in advance. An advance-purchase online ticket offers the lowest price for the date of a visit. To view a calendar of current ticket prices, visit the Tickets page on Audubon’s website.
