ZOObilation is an afternoon of family fun, for kids of all ages and it's FREE for Audubon Members! During this event, Audubon Zoo is open exclusively for Audubon Members with live music, keeper chats, animals feedings, exhibit open houses and kids activities! Members tour the animal hospital, feed the giraffes and enjoy a discount at all Zoo concessions.

Zoo to Close Early to Prepare

Audubon Zoo will close to the public at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025, to prepare for a special evening for Audubon Members.

Audubon’s “Zoobilation” is Thursday from 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and will feature lots of special activities and tours for the entire family. The Cool Zoo Waterpark will be open too, and additional tickets are required for that splashy fun.

Guests can enjoy chats with animal keepers and watch special training and enrichment sessions with Audubon Zoo animals during this evening event. Free train rides are available for sunset trips through the Zoo and those who want to take a peek behind the scenes can tour the Zoo’s animal hospital, commissary, and the Ambassador Animal Center.

Audubon Memberships will be available for purchase for those who want to enjoy this and all the other extra benefits of being an Audubon Member.

Audubon Zoo will open regular hours on Friday, June 6.
