Celebrate Zoo Year's Eve at Audubon Zoo

Audubon Zoo is hosting a unique way for the little ones to help ring in the new year.  “Zoo Year’s Eve” will feature fun kid-friendly activities and music to get the youngsters ready for 2026.

Kids can go wild and dance to their hearts content with music from DJ Raj Smoove, enjoy touring the zoo and seeing their favorite animals also preparing for the arrival of the new year, enjoy giant bubbles, special make-and-take crafts including eco-friendly confetti, a Starry toast at noon, and much more.

Activities start at 10:00 a.m. on December 31, 2025, when the Zoo opens and continue until 1:00 p.m. After plenty of dancing, creating special memories and touring the Zoo, there will be a Zoo Year’s Eve countdown, a special toast and “cold spark” sparklers right at the stroke of noon.   

“Zoo Year’s Eve” is part of Holidays at Audubon which is turning Audubon Zoo and Audubon Aquarium into holiday themed experiences for all ages. This event is free with Audubon Zoo admission. The Zoo is open for guests to enjoy until 5:00 p.m.
