Scuba Claus Visits Audubon Aquarium This Weekend

The jolly old elf himself is bringing holiday cheer to Audubon Aquarium this season and is doing it from inside one of the Aquarium’s most popular exhibits.

Scuba Claus - as he’s affectionately known at the Aquarium - will don his special scuba holiday attire and dive in the Aquarium’s Maya Reef tunnel exhibit.

Scuba Claus will swim with the residents in the Maya Reef tunnel daily at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 21, Friday December 22, and Saturday December 23.

On Thursday, December 21, Santa will also pay a visit to the Aquarium’s penguin colony to do one final check of his “naughty and nice” list.  He will be outside the penguin enclosure at 10:30 a.m.  There are 21 penguins at the Aquarium, and Santa will determine which of the birds makes it to each side of his ledger.

Titan is the youngest penguin in the colony – will he make the “nice” list on his very first try? Or end up on the “naughty” list just for being the baby of the bunch? It's up to Santa to decide!
